B141™is a flexible contracting package that allows architects to offer clients a broad range of services spanning the life of a project, from conception to completion and beyond. Form B141 is structured in a multi-part format consisting of a standard form of agreement containing initial information, terms and conditions, compensation, and a service form; and a standard form of architect's services: design and contract administration, which defines the architect's scope of services.
