A275 - ID, 2003 GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT FOR FURNITURE, FURNISHINGS AND EQUIPMENT

When the scope of a contract is limited to furniture, furnishings and equipment (FF&E), A275 is intended for use in a manner similar to the way in which A201 is used for construction projects. Except for minor works, A275 should not be used for construction involving life safety systems or structural components. |
