Construction Forms

A105™ and A205™ were developed for use where payment to the contractor is based on a stipulated sum (fixed price) and where the project is modest in size and brief in duration. Intended for use in conjunction with one another, the two documents are sold as a set and share common instructions. They are for use with AIA Document B155™-1993, Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and Architect for a Small Project. Although A105™, A205™ and B155™ may share some similarities with other AIA documents, these Small Projects documents should NOT be used in tandem with other AIA document families without careful side-by-side comparison of contents.
